We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to work on our clients site within Londonworking within the front of house team ensuring all tenants and visitors receive a 5* service.
The position is working in the front of house team working on the ground floor ensuring incoming visitors are seen to and assisted accordingly, emails and phone calls are answered and dealt with and dealing with any additional queries from visitors. There is also administrative duties involved.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsible for ensuring all site audits are completed and actions carried out in a timely manner
Oversee and direct all service lines activity for designated office(s)/boutiques in line with contractual deliverables
Manages and controls the delivery of multiple service lines, including engineering, cleaning, security, front of house etc
Proactively manage Client relationships, monitoring and documenting of SOPS and driving increased customer engagement through the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

Corporate
Airlines
Marketing/Event
Looking for someone that is enthusiastic about ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times
Friendly, professional, bubbly personality
Always be extremely wellpresented (must own a Black/Navy Suit with matching Blazer, White Shirt, Black Court Shoes (tie for male)).
Fantastic communication skills as you will be dealing with high profile clients.
