We are currently looking for a Facilities Manager to work for our established client in Hammersmith. The main purpose of the role is to manage and maintain all elements of the soft services including front of house, post room, cleaning, waste management and catering alongside helping with events.
The Facilities Manager is a temporary to permanent position working Monday to Friday working on the one site on a salary of 50k - 52k.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all soft services on the one site
Ensuring all properties are compliant with H&S requirements and management agreements
Overseeing all front of house, post room, cleaning, waste management and catering
Helping plan and arrange events
Keeping good working relationship with the client
Liaising with helpdesk and sub contractors
Attending stakeholder meetings
Overseeing and leading staff
Ensuring all service charge budgets and budget packs considering all works required for coming year and end of year reporting
Ensure 90% document compliance with H&S documents
Looking for:
IOSHH
Minimum 3 years FM experience
Good knowledge of soft services
Experience of health and safety compliance systems
Excellent IT skills
Excellent communication and administration skills
