Job Title: FM Site Manager
Location: Hospital in Lambeth, London
Rate: 200 per day
Hours: Full-time (8 hours per day, 1 hour unpaid break)
Start: ASAP

We are looking for a dedicated FM Site Supervisor/Manager to oversee daily operations and engineering staff at a busy hospital in Lambeth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of engineering and maintenance works
  • Supervise and support on-site operatives and ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Ensure compliance with hospital procedures and health & safety requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for the team and liaise with hospital management where needed
  • Promote a safe, efficient, and positive working environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management (FM), ideally within a healthcare or hospital setting
  • Strong people management and leadership skills - a true "people's person"
  • Basic DBS (required)
  • Asbestos Awareness (can be completed prior to starting)
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
