We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Operations Director to oversee and optimise operations across multiple sites in London and the South East. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in senior operations management, particularly within the luxury self-pay market, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage operational strategies to ensure exceptional service delivery across all care homes.
- Oversee the implementation of high standards in care and hospitality to maintain the luxury brand reputation.
- Drive business growth by optimising the self-pay market strategies and enhancing customer experiences.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, focusing on continuous improvement in quality assurance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational objectives with the company's strategic goals.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining premium service standards.
