The position available is for a Mechanical Site Manager to assist a Mechanical Project Manager on a high-end restaurant fit-out project valued at 1,000,000 in mechanical work.
The job is located in Oxford Circus and requires an immediate start.
Candidates should have a salary expectation of 250 - 290 per day and must possess SSSTS/SMSTS certification, as well as NVQ/C&G Level 2 or 3 qualifications.
Applicants should have prior experience with restaurant fit-outs, ductwork, pipework, air conditioning, and BMS controls, along with excellent coordination skills.
Experience in managing sub-contracts and working closely with the main contractor on-site is essential.

Currently looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to work underneath a Mechanical Project Manager on a High-End Restaurant Fitout Project with a 1,000,000 Mechanical Value.

Candidate Must Have

SSSTS/SMSTS

Excellent Coordination Skills
Able to Manage Sub Contracts
Working with the Main Contractor on site
