Locality Manager / Operations Manager - London
Salary: Up to 75K + Car Allowance
Hours: 37.5 per week
PSR Solutions are delighted to be supporting the UK's largest employee-owned healthcare provider in their search for an ambitious, forward thinking Locality Manager / Operations Manager to oversee two Nursing & Residential Services and an Extra Care Scheme in London.
This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced multi-site manager ready to shape service quality, culture and performance across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational oversight of 3 services (2 Nursing Homes + 1 Extra Care scheme)
- Coaching, mentoring and directing Service Managers to deliver outstanding person-centred care
- Driving compliance across all regulatory standards, including CQC and NMC guidelines
- Strengthening service reputation and relationships with local authority partners
- Ensuring strong commercial performance, budget control and consistent occupancy levels
- Embedding a culture of continuous improvement, staff engagement, and high-quality outcomes
Experience
- Relevant Care/Nursing & Management qualification - NVQ/QCF Management in Health & Social Care (Clinical qualification desirable - not essential)
- Proven multi-site management experience in health or social care.
- Experience overseeing Care & Nursing Homes with a strong nursing-service understanding
- Significant background in resource management, budgetary control and effective people leadership
- Strong relationship-building skills and confidence engaging at all levels, internally and externally
