We are seeking an experienced Internals Site Manager with a strong background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works to lead the internal delivery aspects of this major refurbishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management on-site, quality control, health and safety compliance, coordination with the supply chain, and liaising with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the internal delivery of M&E works and other internal refurbishment aspects.

  • Lead and manage Assistant Site Managers and Resident Liaison Officers (RLOs).

  • Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and suppliers on site.

  • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with health, safety, and quality standards.

  • Produce contractor reports, manage project programmes, and provide progress updates.

  • Chair and coordinate supply chain and site meetings.

  • Liaise closely with the commercial team to ensure accurate cost control and cash flow forecasting.

  • Ensure information management using Dalux or similar EDMS platforms for the Golden Thread of Information.

  • Report directly to the Project Manager and represent the company in client meetings.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing internal works on high-rise residential buildings.

  • Strong background in M&E systems installation and coordination.

  • Experience with major works in both internal and external refurbishment.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and effectively organise work on-site.

  • Familiarity with client reporting, project planning tools, and construction programmes.

  • Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.

  • Experience using Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), preferably Dalux.

  • Comfortable working in environments with multiple contractors and interfaces.
