O'Neill & Brennan are currently supporting a leading developer in their search for an Internal Fit Out Manager to join a major residential scheme. This is an excellent long-term freelance opportunity, offered on a CIS basis, and will see you take full responsibility for the internal fit out of one residential block comprising approximately 150 units.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the internal fit-out works from whitebox stage through to final handover.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider site team to ensure smooth delivery.

Ensure all works are completed to the highest standards, in line with programme, budget, and health & safety requirements.

Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with client specifications.

Manage snagging and handover processes.
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Internal Fit Out Manager on large-scale residential projects.

Strong knowledge of fit-out stages and processes, particularly from whitebox through to completion.

Ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively on-site.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Valid CSCS card and other relevant site qualifications.
