Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Night Shift Site Manager to oversee a construction project in London. CAT A Office Space across all levels of the building, from basement to Level 8. The final development will also feature a ground floor cafe and a large roof terrace. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working Pattern: Nights - Sunday to Thursday Nights - 8pm - 5am

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety regulations.
  • Manage procurement of materials and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of resources.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, issues, and resolutions.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to communicate project status effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within the construction industry.
  • Ideally from a carpentry background.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
  • SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS essential
