A medium sized main contractor requires the support of a Bid Writer to join the pre-construction/work winning team, with offices in North and Central London.
You will have previous exposure to writing successful and persuasive bid responses within either the heritage, education, property services or commercial build sectors. A good command of the English language is essential as is a basic knowledge of InDesign.
You will be required to liaise at all levels (Business Development, Estimating and Construction Management) within the business and possess the ability to engage with individuals whilst under pressure. You must be creative in your written approach and deliver the right message in order to win the bid! As a catalyst within the bid team your drive will push everyone in the right direction, working cohesively to hit bid objectives.
