CRM Executive - Sales Force Media Cloud Essential FTC£40,000 - £45,000City – 1 day in the office per weekThis is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping direct-to-consumer engagement for a globally recognised entertainment company.As part of the Publishing & Brand Marketing team, you will manage B2C interactions through Salesforce Media Cloud, working closely with stakeholders across brand communications, publishing, ecommerce, and digital content. This newly created role offers the chance to develop and implement CRM strategies from the ground up, supporting the company’s growing focus on direct consumer engagement. If you’re looking for a role where you can build something new, collaborate with key teams, and contribute to a global brand, this could be a great fit for you.The Role:
  • Coordinate all B2C CRM activity across all stakeholders
  • Create and optimise lifecycle, resign journeys and automations based on continual data analysis
  • Segment customer data via progressive profiling and other tactics to develop highly targeted and personalised campaigns
  • Maintain database to ensure all B2C campaigns are compliant with GDPR
  • Work with the Paid Marketing Executive on effective acquisition campaigns and initiatives
  • Work on activation strategy to grow data and establish ongoing content plans, optimising landing pages and customer journeys
  • Own the retention, reengagement and referral strategy with a view to developing a highly engaged audience
  • Continually track and analyse results with regular reporting to key stakeholders and senior management
  • Coordinate content for newsletters and other automations with Publishing editorial, Website Editors and Content Marketers
Essential requirements:
  • Recent experience in a CRM focused role
  • Experience within ecommerce, entertainment, media, or similar industry is essential
  • GooglyAnalytics is highly desirable
  • Data focused and insight driven, with an understanding of how to continually refine campaigns
  • Experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud desirable
