Evolve Recruitment are seeking a highly organised, proactive and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their client's growing team. The Digital Marketing Executive plays a key role within marketing to build brand awareness, generate leads and effectively engage our clients audience. The role supports the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in planning, executing and optimising digital marketing to deliver qualified leads for the business. This role will work across all elements of digital, from website and SEO to email and paid media.

Key Resposibilities:

Website and SEO

  • Support ongoing updates to the website, ensuring content accuracy and SEO optimisation.
  • Proactively make recommendations to improve the website, adopting a data-driven approach to your work, utilising A/B testing to drive engagement and conversion rates.
  • Work alongside our agency to conduct detailed competitor analysis tracking.
  • Review user journeys, flag issues and propose improvements to boost engagement rates.
  • Initiate new SEO strategies to support uplift in relevant and targeted website traffic.

Digital Content

  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to build content and deliver email marketing campaigns, benchmarking and tracking performance.
  • Adapt and publish content across digital channels, adopting a structured approach to your work which creates visibility across the team and wider company.

Social Media

  • Develop a social media content plan to grow and engage followers.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram etc).
  • Manage inbound social media communication and interactions.
  • Monitor performance and propose new activities that would increase engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to drive new social campaigns and initiatives.

Analytics and reporting

  • Assist in the set up of campaigns, ensuring KPIs will be tracked
  • Track KPIs and create weekly and monthly reports to analyse performance, using tools such as Google analytics, HubSpot

General

  • Manage agencies on a day-to-day basis to deliver results and ensure projects are being delivered to a high standard and on time.
  • Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team to support the overall marketing strategy.
  • Liaise with internal teams and a range of stakeholders to ensure marketing is delivering against the wider business objectives.
  • Ensure brand compliance across digital touchpoints.

Experience/qualifications:

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing within a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SEO (on-page and technical), PPC campaigns, CRM tools, email marketing and social media.
  • Experience of working with key tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation tools and social scheduling platforms.
  • Microsoft Excel skills e.g. formulas / pivot tables / reports to interpret and analyse data.
  • Experience building simple workflows and leveraging marketing automation
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Curious, with a test and build mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Well organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. • Strong communicator and collaborator, able to work across different teams.
  • An interest in staying up to date with the latest digital marketing tools.
  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications in digital tools (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
