The Finance Executive role:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributing Revolut statements and maintaining up-to-date financial reports
  • Processing weekly and monthly payroll, acting as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries and month-end adjustments
  • Ensuring timely completion and submission of payroll documentation
  • Carrying out payment clear-downs and reconciliations
  • Processing commission payments efficiently
  • Collaborating with Sales & Performance Managers to resolve sales report issues
  • Managing missing sales queries to ensure accurate reporting
  • Reconciling account statements and maintaining the Gantt chart with updated invoice numbers and prepayments
  • Keeping cash flow records updated and overseeing the accuracy of accounts payable
  • Managing client reports and verifying their accuracy and consistency
  • Ensuring paysheets and breakdowns are correct and up to date
  • Handling recon breakdowns and reconciliation processes
  • Scheduling and attending finance-related meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Responding to finance and sales-related queries


A bit about you:

  • Proven experience in finance administration and payroll processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in working with spreadsheets and financial software
  • Experience working with Xero
