Marketing Officer - Make a Global Impact

Location: London (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office)Contract: Full-timeSalary: £30,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)Annual Leave: 25 days per annum plus public holidays

Are you a passionate marketing professional who wants to use your skills for good? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Officer to help amplify the voice of a global organisation making a real difference in the lives of some of the world’s most overlooked communities.

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver engaging, mission-led campaigns that drive awareness, encourage engagement, and support vital fundraising efforts. You'll be part of a collaborative Development team and contribute to a wide range of marketing activities - from digital strategy and content creation to events, newsletters, and branded materials.

Key duties:

  • Supporting and delivering digital marketing strategies to increase engagement and donations

  • Creating and managing impactful campaigns across social media and email platforms

  • Coordinating regular newsletters and promotional content for key partners and stakeholders

  • Working with external agencies to ensure website content and campaigns are up-to-date and SEO-optimised

  • Managing event materials, case studies, and a library of visual assets

  • Producing reports to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategy

Skills and experience required:

  • Solid experience in marketing, especially in a digital or fundraising context

  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for compelling content

  • Knowledge of managing websites and social channels (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram)

  • Strong team player who can manage multiple priorities with energy and professionalism

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and a passion for clear, effective branding (a bonus, but not essential)
