Marketing Officer - Make a Global Impact
Location: London (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office)Contract: Full-timeSalary: £30,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)Annual Leave: 25 days per annum plus public holidays
Are you a passionate marketing professional who wants to use your skills for good? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Officer to help amplify the voice of a global organisation making a real difference in the lives of some of the world’s most overlooked communities.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver engaging, mission-led campaigns that drive awareness, encourage engagement, and support vital fundraising efforts. You'll be part of a collaborative Development team and contribute to a wide range of marketing activities - from digital strategy and content creation to events, newsletters, and branded materials.
Key duties:

Supporting and delivering digital marketing strategies to increase engagement and donations

Creating and managing impactful campaigns across social media and email platforms

Coordinating regular newsletters and promotional content for key partners and stakeholders

Working with external agencies to ensure website content and campaigns are up-to-date and SEO-optimised

Managing event materials, case studies, and a library of visual assets

Producing reports to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategy
Skills and experience required:

Solid experience in marketing, especially in a digital or fundraising context

Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with an eye for compelling content

Knowledge of managing websites and social channels (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram)

Strong team player who can manage multiple priorities with energy and professionalism

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and a passion for clear, effective branding (a bonus, but not essential)
