We're partnering with a high-profile client in the luxury fashion space to find a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of global marketing activity. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, timelines, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the execution of global marketing campaigns across channels

  • Manage timelines, trackers, and asset delivery across internal teams and external partners

  • Support marketing calendar planning and updates

  • Ensure marketing materials are accurate, aligned, and delivered on time

  • Liaise with creative, PR, social, and ecomm teams to ensure operational consistency

  • Track key campaign KPIs and help prepare performance reports

What We're Looking For:
