Media Operations Analyst - Leading Global Agency - London (Hybrid) - Up to £45k

Within its digital division, the agency is rapidly expanding, working on high-impact sponsorship and media campaigns for top-tier clients. The team is passionate, collaborative, and driven by the mission to challenge convention and deliver meaningful, measurable results.

The JobAs Media Operations Analyst, you'll sit at the cross-section of digital strategy, analytics, and performance marketing. This role is perfect for a data-minded marketer with 2-3 years of experience who understands how tracking and insights power better media outcomes.

You'll support the full media lifecycle-from ensuring tracking and attribution are accurate, to helping uncover insights that shape future strategies. Working closely with a wider digital performance team, you'll play a key role in connecting creative campaigns with quantifiable success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support media planning with data-driven recommendations and performance insights.

  • Set up end-to-end campaign tracking via UTM parameters, pixels (Meta, TikTok), and Google Tag Manager.

  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest real-time optimisations.

  • Troubleshoot tracking or attribution issues to ensure data integrity.

  • Maintain structured campaign documentation including naming conventions and tracking specs.

  • Contribute to reporting and dashboard development that turns data into actionable strategy.

  • Collaborate across teams to feed insights back into creative and strategic planning.

  • Stay up to date with trends in ad tech, measurement tools, and digital media strategy.

You

  • Have 2-3 years' experience in a performance marketing, ad operations, or digital media role.

  • Are confident with ad ops platforms including CM360.

  • Understand tracking and tagging methodologies and are confident with GTM and pixel implementation.

  • Have a strong QA mindset and are detail-oriented when it comes to campaign execution.

  • Are familiar with paid media tools including Meta ads, TikTok ads etc.

  • Bring an analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into client-ready insights.
