About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced and data-driven PPC Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on managing paid search and shopping campaigns for a portfolio of retail clients. Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid search (Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) campaigns with a focus on retail performance and ROAS

Manage Shopping feeds and campaign structures to maximise visibility and sales

Conduct regular keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

Analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and reports to clients

Work closely with account managers and other digital specialists to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals

Stay on top of trends in e-commerce, platform updates, and industry innovations
What We're Looking For:

2+ years hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally in an agency or e-commerce setting

Proven track record of managing Google Shopping and Search campaigns for retail or DTC brands

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Merchant Center

Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and budgets simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Google Ads certifications (desirable)
