Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, focusing on generating new and repeat business with a customer-for-life ethos.
  • Win new instructions for properties to market and effectively market these properties to buyers using various skills including social media.
  • Progress sales with a focus on providing a multi-channel bespoke service to buyers and sellers through to the completion of contracts.
  • Upsell additional products and prepare high-quality brochures for each property, liaising with sellers and photographers to showcase properties brilliantly.
  • Have a detailed understanding of the local area to canvas and strengthen the brand position.
  • Engage in field activities such as door knocking and delivering leaflets to initiate discussions with sellers and demonstrate local success.
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the local Branch Management team to grow the brand presence in the area.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Experience as an Estate Agent, ready to take the next step in their career.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills and ability to create an enjoyable working environment.
  • A reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative.
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages).
  • Strong attention to detail.
