Purpose of Role
This is an active and varied sales role in an exciting and fast-growing apparel design business, whose wearers include some of the world’s most prestigious leading brands. With a B2B Sales and Marketing background, this is a unique opportunity for the Sales & Marketing Executive to make an immediate contribution to the team and company pipeline contributing to the strategic goal. A passion for clothing and creative flair is a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Sales, BDM, and Marketing & Comms Manager in identifying strategic prospects within our target markets
- Research organisations to identify key decision-makers and new opportunities
- Cold call prospects to generate leads, gather information, and build brand awareness
- Set up sales meetings and help develop tailored strategies for prospects
- Maintain the sales database, pipeline, and tender planner
- Handle incoming sales calls and enquiries professionally
- Prepare reports and track weekly/monthly sales activity
- Monitor tender trackers and compile relevant documentation
- Send follow-up emails and marketing materials to new leads
- Log all sales correspondence and actions using Zoho CRM
- Assist in proposal creation and follow through to meeting stage
- Support with tender processes and document preparation
- Help manage the showroom - prepare samples and set up for presentations
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
- Confident cold caller with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Skilled in researching prospects and using CRM systems.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong written skills for proposals, emails, and marketing follow-ups
- Passion for fashion, clothing, or design is a real plus
- Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Occasional UK travel required

- Training will be provided by the Head of Sales and Marketing & Comms Manager on all tools and systems
