Purpose of Role

This is an active and varied sales role in an exciting and fast-growing apparel design business, whose wearers include some of the world’s most prestigious leading brands. With a B2B Sales and Marketing background, this is a unique opportunity for the Sales & Marketing Executive to make an immediate contribution to the team and company pipeline contributing to the strategic goal. A passion for clothing and creative flair is a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Sales, BDM, and Marketing & Comms Manager in identifying strategic prospects within our target markets
  • Research organisations to identify key decision-makers and new opportunities
  • Cold call prospects to generate leads, gather information, and build brand awareness
  • Set up sales meetings and help develop tailored strategies for prospects
  • Maintain the sales database, pipeline, and tender planner
  • Handle incoming sales calls and enquiries professionally
  • Prepare reports and track weekly/monthly sales activity
  • Monitor tender trackers and compile relevant documentation
  • Send follow-up emails and marketing materials to new leads
  • Log all sales correspondence and actions using Zoho CRM
  • Assist in proposal creation and follow through to meeting stage
  • Support with tender processes and document preparation
  • Help manage the showroom - prepare samples and set up for presentations

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Confident cold caller with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Skilled in researching prospects and using CRM systems.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong written skills for proposals, emails, and marketing follow-ups
  • Passion for fashion, clothing, or design is a real plus
  • Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
  • Occasional UK travel required
