Senior Marketing Analyst - Leading Global Tech Brand?? Location: Holborn, London (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office, flex to 2)?? Salary: Up to £75,000 + Discretionary Bonus + 12% Pension

We're working with a global leader in the digital marketplace sector to find a Senior Marketing Analyst for their growing analytics team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape marketing strategy for a household-name brand operating at huge scale across multiple international markets.

You'll play a pivotal role in analysing and improving the performance of marketing campaigns across both brand and direct response channels, delivering data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.

?? The Opportunity:
  • Lead post-campaign analysis across a wide range of ATL and BTL marketing activity

  • Work on attribution, incrementality, uplift analysis and personalised marketing strategies

  • Deliver customer segmentation and insights to optimise channel mix and customer engagement

  • Create visually compelling dashboards and reports in Tableau/Looker

  • Collaborate closely with pricing, promotions, customer analytics, and marketing teams

  • Influence the marketing effectiveness strategy for major brand and partner campaigns

? What You'll Bring:
  • 3-4+ years' experience in Marketing Analytics or a similar insights role

  • Strong SQL skills (must pass a short SQL assessment as part of the process)

  • Experience with a visualisation tool (Looker preferred, Tableau also fine)

  • Proven expertise in attribution, incrementality testing, personalisation, causal inference, and campaign analytics

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills - able to deliver compelling data storytelling

  • Experience working with multi-channel marketing data across brand and performance campaigns
