It has grown to process tens of thousands of daily orders across various cuisines, offering end-to-end logistics, including delivery fee management and promotional capabilities. The platform collaborates with restaurants to optimize menu pricing, fees, and promotions, ensuring customer satisfaction and partner growth.

THE ROLE

This client is seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist to support broad marketing activities across both BTL and ATL campaigns. The role focuses on analysing marketing performance across various channels, including specific campaign activities for major brands like restaurant chains. Key responsibilities include attribution analysis, causal uplift measurement, post-campaign evaluation, and personalisation insights. The successful candidate will create reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau and Looker and must be skilled in both data analysis and storytelling to deliver actionable insights. Strong SQL skills are essential, with experience in Looker being highly desirable but flexible.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

  • Broad marketing analytics experience - ideally both below and above the line
  • Experience across a range of the following; attribution, incrementality, post campaign analysis, causal inference, segmentations etc
  • Strong SQL is a must for this role
  • Strong insight/storytelling skills are a minimum requirement or this role
