Our client, a dance music management company, is seeking a savvy聽Social Media & Digital Content Strategist聽to engage audiences with creative content ideas for the company鈥檚 dynamic roster of artists.

Key responsibilities will include:

路 Generating ideas for content formats, forging viral moments and capitalising on trends.

路 Supporting artist managers with their digital and social media rollout plans for tracks, gigs, and the artist鈥檚 activities.

路 Crafting flexible content calendars that correspond to the artist鈥檚 schedule.

路 Collaborating with the artist, artist managers, videographers, and BTS teams to capture moments from the studio and headline shows.

路 Timing social media posts and optimising them for the greatest impact.

路 Attracting attention from fans with comments, DMs, inside jokes, or surprise drops.

路 Using analytics to lean into what has impact and modifying strategies where there can be improvement.

路 Ensuring the branding is consistent and remains authentic.

Requirements:

路 Previous experience handling artist social media, or for a label, brand, or creator.

路 Experience with launching music releases/tours/merchandise is advantageous.

路 Genuine enthusiasm and interest in music culture, particularly the dance scene.

路 Thorough understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and possess a knowledge of what makes impact on those platforms.

路 Creative approach and able to generate interesting ideas to action.

路 Capable of adapting plans and keeping pace.

路 Strong communicator and personable, able to work well with the wider team and the artist.

路 Strategic thinker, able to use analytics to refine content planning.

路 Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express is desirable.

路 Experience shooting and editing content is advantageous.

路 Previous experience on paid ads or content boosting is desirable.
