Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine BMS service visits and respond to callouts.

  • Replace BMS controllers, modules, sensors, or actuators.

  • Review site fault trackers and complete minor tasks.

  • Prepare accurate site reports with improvement recommendations.

  • Attend client meetings and maintain regular communication.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience with BMS systems (Trend, Delta, Johnsons, or Tridium).

  • Proficiency in control panel wiring diagrams and mechanical plant operations.

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

  • Full UK Driving License and clear criminal record.
