Key responsibilities:

Perform Mechanical bias PPM and reactive tasks on-site for commercial buildings, including but not limited to boilers, pumps, Fan Coils, AHU's, HVAC systems, plumbing, and more.
Assist with reasonable requests from the client and Contract Manager.
Manage tasks such as booking sub-contractors, closing PPMs, handling reactive works, and ordering materials.
Undertake fabric duties as and when required.

What's needed?

Level 2 or 3 City and Guilds (Mechanical) or equivalent.
3-5 years of Facilities Maintenance experience.
Strong Mechanical (Facilities) knowledge, background, and experience.
Electrical knowledge- Desirable.
