Job Title: Mechanical - multi skilled maintenance engineer
Location: Large static in West LondonSalary: £45,000 + overtime
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with a 1 in 8 call out rota
About the Role:Join a global FM company as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, and plumbing, chillers, AHU's.
- Electrical systems - emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, lighting
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical faults quickly and effectively.
- Complete and update service reports and maintenance logs accurately.
- Liaise with contractors and vendors as needed to facilitate repairs and improvements.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in any mechanical discipline HVAC/Plumbing
