Company: Established M&E Contractor delivering large-scale commercial projects.
Role Overview:
The BMS Manager will report to the Project Director and lead the delivery of BMS elements from design through commissioning across multiple projects. Acting as a key ambassador for the client, the role requires upholding core values: integrity, dependability, safety, pride, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day BMS project delivery.
- Support and guide Project Engineers.
- Develop cost-effective and innovative delivery methods.
- Adopt new technologies to improve safety and efficiency.
- Oversee commercial delivery with project teams.
- Manage project programmes, report progress, and mitigate delays.
- Provide executive-level reporting to senior management.
- Support bid teams to secure new projects.
- Offer technical BMS guidance across the business.
- Lead procurement and management of BMS subcontract packages.
- Undertake additional reasonable tasks as assigned.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Deep understanding of the BMS Manager role.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environmental systems.
- Ability to assess team strengths and development needs.
