Job Title:Domestic Ventilation Engineer
Location:North/North West London
Salary: £26k - 30kper annum
Contract:Permanent, full-time (Monday to Friday)
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Ventilation Engineer to join our growing team in North/North West London. this role would suit a newly qualified candidate looking to start there career but has some hands on experienceIn this role. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing domestic ventilation systems, ensuring optimal indoor air quality for our clients.
??? Key ResponsibilitiesServicing & Maintenance:Perform routine servicing and maintenance of domestic ventilation systems, including Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR), Positive Input Ventilation (PIV), and Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV) systems.
Fault Finding & Repairs:Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs or replacements of components to ensure systems operate efficiently.
System Testing & Commissioning:Conduct testing and commissioning of new installations to verify system performance and compliance with industry standards.
Customer Liaison:Communicate effectively with clients, providing technical advice and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Health & Safety Compliance:Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies while on-site.
Electrical Qualification:BPEC or NICEIC certification in domestic ventilation or equivalent.
CSCS Card:Valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme card or equivalent.
Driving License:Full, clean UK driving license.
Experience:Proven experience in servicing and maintaining domestic ventilation systems.
Customer Service:Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Location:Reside within or near North/North West London for efficient travel to job sites.
Additional Certifications:F-Gas, IPAF, PASMA, or Ladder Association certifications.
Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with building regulations and ventilation system design.
IT Skills:Competence in using digital tools and software for reporting and communication.
Competitive Salary: £35,000£40,000 per annum with potential earnings up to £43,000 including overtime.
