About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Mechanical Engineer to join our growing engineering team, supporting a portfolio of commercial clients across London. In this mobile role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC and mechanical systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operation at all times.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC and mechanical systems, including AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems, boilers, pumps, and chillers.
Respond to and resolve reactive mechanical and HVAC breakdowns.
Diagnose faults and conduct repairs or part replacements as required.
Complete minor installation works including pipework, ducting, and mechanical plant components.
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company procedures.
Maintain accurate service records, job sheets, and compliance documentation via handheld devices.
Liaise professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Participate in an on-call rota (if applicable) and undertake paid overtime when required.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 3+ years' experience in HVAC/mechanical engineering within commercial environments.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical plant, and building services.
Recognised mechanical qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering, Heating & Ventilation, Plumbing, or equivalent).
F-Gas qualification (advantageous but not essential).
Full UK driving licence.
Confident in fault-finding and problem-solving under pressure.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
