HVAC Support Engineer - MVHR & Heat Pumps (Exhaust Air Heat Pumps)

Salary: 45,000-50,000 + benefits

Location: London Bridge (Hybrid - office & home-based)

We are working with a rapidly growing manufacturer of MVHR systems and heat pumps, who are now seeking an HVAC Support Engineer to join their expanding technical team.

In this role, you'll provide specialist technical support to installers, engineers, and clients on the company's MVHR, air source, and exhaust air heat pump (EAHP) product range. This includes assisting with system design queries, troubleshooting, commissioning advice, and performance optimisation. This is a mechanical/HVAC-focused support role, ideal for someone with hands-on experience in MVHR or heat pump systems who enjoys providing technical guidance rather than site-based installation.

As the HVAC Support Engineer, you will:

  • Provide technical support on MVHR, heat pump, and EAHP systems to clients, installers, and internal teams.
  • Diagnose faults and performance issues, providing practical, engineering-led solutions.
  • Support product testing, commissioning, and system performance improvements.
  • Liaise with the sales/commercial team, offering HVAC technical expertise during customer discussions.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and training materials.

About You:

  • Proven experience with MVHR and/or heat pump systems (EAHP experience desirable).
  • Strong mechanical or HVAC engineering background - ideally with qualifications in mechanical, building services, or HVAC engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical and mechanical issues clearly.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach and genuine interest in sustainable building technologies.

HVAC Support Engineer will be on a basic salary of up to 50,000 + Hybrid Working Opportunities + Specific Product Training + Package.

If you have hands-on experience with MVHR or heat pump systems and are interested in moving into a technical support position within the HVAC sector, please contact Lily at Tech-People on (phone number removed), or email your CV to (url removed).
