  • Our client is seeking an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer for their team in Canary Wharf.
  • Candidates should have experience in high-end residential sites or hotels, and a minimum of 3 years in a maintenance role is preferred.
  • The position involves 12-hour shifts on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule from 7am to 7pm.
  • The salary for this role is £46,500, with additional overtime opportunities available.
  • Benefits include 23 days of holiday, up to a 15% pension package, and private healthcare and dental care.

Our client is looking to add an Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to their team in Canary Wharf. The site you will be working on is High-End Residential sites, so if you have experience in that or Hotels, this would be advantageous.

This position is on a shift basis, which is 4 days on 4 days off, 7am - 7pm.

Key Duties:

  • PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance

  • Electrical Fault-Finding

  • Single & Three Phase Power

  • Emergency Lighting

  • Fire Alarms

  • BMS Operation

  • AHUs

  • FCUs

  • Generators

  • VAV/VRFs

  • Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).

  • Cooling Towers

  • Pumps & Motors

  • Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations

Technical Requirements:

  • Full time apprenticeship in an electrical or Building Services HVAC discipline complete with City & Guilds 236 part 1 & 2 certification or NVQ Level 3. Mechanical apprenticeship would be acceptable with relevant electrical experience.

  • Previous experience working in a modern building services maintenance environment, and able to demonstrate basic understanding of HVAC and building services.

  • Electrical fault finding, working inside panels.

  • 18th Edition

Salary and Benefits:
