This is a great opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on one of their high-profile commercial contracts in Canary Wharf. The company is a well established maintenance provider who likes to progress their engineers career with all the opportunities of training and development. Based on a commercial building the mechanically qualified engineer will be working Monday to Friday. You will be part of a large maintenance team undertaking the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site.Duties
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
- Sprinkler Systems
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
- Tap Temperatures
- Chilled Water Systems
- Plumbing
- Generators
- Pressurisation units
- BMS Operation
Requirements
- Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ (or equivalent)
- Apprentice trained - desirable
- Building Services Maintenance experience
- Very Client facing

- £47,000 - £50,000 per annum
