An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on a high-profile contract in Central London. Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, you’ll be part of a large on-site maintenance team responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works, and emergency response.This well-established company is known for investing in its engineers, offering clear paths for training and career progression.   • PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
  • AHUs
  • FCUs
  • Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
  • Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
  • Chilled Water Systems
  • Plumbing
  • Sprinklers
  • Generators
  • Pressurisation units
  • Generators
  • BMS Operation

Requirements

  • Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
  • Apprentice trained - desirable
  • Building Services Maintenance experience
  • Very Client facing
