An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider on a high-profile contract in Central London. Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, you’ll be part of a large on-site maintenance team responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works, and emergency response.This well-established company is known for investing in its engineers, offering clear paths for training and career progression. The role is based on a prestigious higher education site, a flagship contract that reflects the company’s high standards and long-term commitment.Duties
- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
- Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
- Chilled Water Systems
- Plumbing
- Sprinklers
- Generators
- Pressurisation units
- Generators
- BMS Operation
Requirements
- Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
- Apprentice trained - desirable
- Building Services Maintenance experience
- Very Client facing
