We've got an exciting new role for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to cover a commercial contract by King's Cross, London. This is a great chance to work for a leading player in the building services industry, offering all the opportunities of training and development.Working on a Continental Shift, Days and Nights, the successful engineer will be part of a shift team of 3, covering Planned and Reactive Maintenance on mechanical systems on site. This is a great chance to work a renowned contract, with 18 engineers in total on site, whilst representing a widely recognised building services provider.Duties:
- PPMs & Reactive maintenance.
- AHUs, FCUs, Strainers, Minor Plumbing Works, Water Treatment, Belts, Bearings, Seals
- Carry out isolation of plants and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
- Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
- Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
- Completing logbooks.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance
- Polite and personable
- Client facing attitude
Salary and Benefits:
- £40,000 - £44,000 per annum
- Continental shift pattern (Days and Nights)
