Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and enhancement of Shopify-based e-commerce solutions.
- Define and prioritise product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver best-in-class digital experiences.
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Oversee the product lifecycle, from inception through launch and ongoing optimisation.
- Monitor platform performance, implement improvements, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an e-commerce environment.
- Demonstrable expertise with Shopify platform management and customisation.
- Strong understanding of online retail, digital marketing, and customer experience principles.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with APIs, Integrations and analytics tools
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools.
