Key Responsibilities:

Service, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, including split systems, VRF/VRV, and packaged units
-
Diagnose faults and perform repairs on-site
-
Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards

Complete service reports and maintenance logs accurately

Respond to customer queries and provide high levels of customer service

Assist with installations and upgrades of air conditioning systems when required

Maintain a clean and safe work environment on-site

Participate in an on-call rota as required
Requirements:

Proven experience in air conditioning service and maintenance
-
Knowledge of various air conditioning systems, including split, VRF, and packaged units
-
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards (F-Gas, etc.)

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent customer service and communication skills
-
Full UK driving licence
-
Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. City & Guilds 2079, F-Gas, etc.)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
