Are you a skilled handyman with at least 1 year of experience? East Village is seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our facilities team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs across the estate.

  • Conduct inspections of communal areas, plant rooms, and building systems.

  • Ensure health & safety regulations are followed.

  • Assist with lighting replacements and basic DIY tasks.

  • Respond to emergency situations and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of handyman or maintenance experience.

  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or carpentry is advantageous.
