We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance and Operations Co-Ordinator who can efficiently manage an operational side of the business and oversee the maintenance of our facilities in London. The candidate will have key responsibilities in the maintenance department and have a wide range of duties.

Description

  • Co-ordinating the daily operations and all administration for the maintenance department
  • Providing weekly updates for management
  • Checking stock levels and ordering more when needed
  • Scheduling of sites visits and following up after
  • Invoicing and raising PO's
  • Being the Health and Safety go to person and keeping records up to date
  • Providing Customer service to clients and plans for any issues
  • Implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency
  • Coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal regulations
  • Handling administrative tasks related to operations and maintenance
  • Contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation in the retail industry
