You will carry out reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and major refurbishment projects, ensuring all work is completed to a high professional standard and in full compliance with current regulations, safety requirements, and best trade practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake building repairs, renewals, and replacements across multiple trades.
- Deliver reactive and planned maintenance tasks efficiently and safely.
- Complete large-scale refurbishment and occupational therapy adaptation works.
- Ensure work is carried out to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with current building regulations and Health & Safety standards.
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and service targets.
- Competent in at least four of the following trades:
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Plastering
- Electrical / Part P
- Tiling
- Painting & Decorating
- Gas Safe works
- Proven experience in property maintenance and refurbishment works.
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence (desirable).
