Position: Repairs Supervisor
Location: Kingston / SW London
Salary: circa 42k plus bonus, company vehicle and generous benefits
Contract:Permanent
About the Role
Responsible for planned works repairs across the contract, this could include roofing, cyclical works, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, voids etc.
You will be working closely with operatives and subcontractors, the admin team and senior management to ensure that projects are delivered on time, and to an excellent standard.
Duties include: providing technical adviceto the operatives and admin team, managing the work in progress, ordering materials, health and safety and ensuring thatexceptional customer relationships are maintained.
About You
The successful candidate will have previous experience of managing large scale major works or planned works projectswithin a social housing repairs and maintenance environment as well as excellent organisation skills and a good understanding of Health and Safety.
IT literacy and excellent communication skills are also essential.
