We are recruiting for Repair & Maintenance (R&M) Technicians across the Thames Valley area. This position will be responsible for R&M across our North London network, with occasional travel to South London when required.

Base location: North London - Kentish Town (NW5 1TN) or Lea Bridge Depot (E5 9RJ).
Working pattern or hours: Average 45 hours a week on a shift pattern including a standby rota.
Full UK Driving Licence and Street works (NRSWA)/SSSTS qualification required.

What you’ll be doing as a Repair & Maintenance Technician:You will be the Leader of a two-person R&M Team. Ensuring that all work undertaken is completed to the correct safety and quality standards.What you should bring to the role

You will have experience or training in repair and maintenance in the water industry
You must be able to meet the physical demands of the role with the ability to work outdoors in all weathers
Be competent in using computers and other IT equipment
Use your initiative and problem-solve where repairs are required
Have strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical messages in a simple way
Have a can-do, positive attitude, remaining open to new ideas and change
Be self-motivated and confident at completing tasks to the best of your ability
Advantageous if you have an EUSR Water Hygiene card, Service Avoidance L2 and/or a First Aid qualification
