The position offers a daily rate of £400 - £450 (Inside IR35) with a requirement for office work at least three days a week.

Candidates must have approximately 5 years of experience in a similar role and hold relevant qualifications in Compliance, Mechanical, or Electrical fields.
Social housing experience is also required for this interim contract position.

MMP Consultancy is currently seeking a Technical Lead for a programme of works in a Local Authority based in South London. 400 - 450 per day (Inside IR35)

Office working required minimum 3 days with on site visits.

Location: South London

Key Duties:

Be the responsible person for M&E and Technical related queries in delivery of a Major programme within the Property Services department of a local authority.

Understanding of high rise buildings and compliance related data and surveying information.

Recognise patterns and quality of information as well as be the accountable person for quality of delivery through contract management and internal / external stakeholder engagement.

Manage on site team for quality assurance.

Management of work flow and deliver to contractual obligations.

Remain consistent and communicate effectively, produce updates and progress reports as required.

Experience Required:

Must hold a relevant qualification (Compliance, Mechanical, Electrical)
Holds experience in a similar role for circa 5 years
Social housing experience.
