Our client is currently seeking an Executive Assistant/ PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can bring structure, discretion, and initiative to the heart of our operations. Joining a leading UK Structural Examination company supporting major projects across the rail, highways, and infrastructure sectors.

As Executive Assistant, you’ll provide high-level support to the Senior Leadership Team and interface with industry. You’ll help streamline executive operations, support project delivery, and drive effective internal communication. There will be ongoing training and development support, with opportunities for professional qualifications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as an EA/PA/Office Manager, ideally in rail, civil engineering, or infrastructure
  • Previous experience with Audits
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint/DocuSign knowledge a plus
  • Discreet, proactive, and confident under pressure
  • HR qualified desired – Not essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Director diaries, meetings, and travel
  • Prepare reports, tenders, and presentations
  • Support project tracking, reporting, and document control
  • Coordinate internal meetings, onboarding, training, and recruitment support
  • Liaise with clients and Local Authorities
  • Assist with ISO compliance, office admin, and fleet/insurance coordination
