About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and highly organised Personal Assistant to join our team in London. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives on managing a variety of offline tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide hands-on support with administrative, logistical, and property-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations for a busy professional. Fluency in both English and Russian is essential to handle tasks in the UK and, occasionally, in Russia.

The role requires flexibility, including availability on weekends with two weekdays off or a floating schedule by mutual agreement. Initially, the position may be part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange printing and dispatch of documents and parcels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Oversee property-related tasks, including coordinating furniture deliveries, managing renovations, liaising with contractors, explaining tasks, and ensuring high-quality results.
  • Visit government offices and other institutions to submit and collect documents on behalf of the employer.
  • Be available on weekends to handle urgent tasks, maintaining responsiveness and reliability.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving skills.
  • Occasionally assist with tasks related to Russia, leveraging bilingual skills to ensure seamless coordination.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Several years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating strong organisational skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Russian (written and verbal) to manage tasks in the UK and Russia effectively.
  • Current residency in London with resolved housing and visa status (relocation to the UK is not offered).
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency, empathy, and the ability to engage in constructive dialogue to find solutions.
  • Strong initiative, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to tackling diverse tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable with a flexible schedule, including weekend availability with two weekdays off or a floating schedule by agreement.

Desirable

  • Experience coordinating property maintenance, renovations, or contractor management.
  • Familiarity with navigating UK government institutions and administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools for task management and communication.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Flexible working hours, with the option for part-time initially and potential for full-time.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities to take on varied and impactful responsibilities.

How to Apply

To apply, please submit your CV and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are a great fit for this role. Applications should highlight your bilingual skills and ability to manage offline tasks in London. We look forward to hearing from you!
