Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and ensure smooth practice workflow
Lead, mentor and develop the team across clinical and administrative functions
Oversee patient journey and treatment coordination (TCO)
Implement effective business development strategies to grow the practice
Monitor compliance, health & safety, and CQC standards
Manage budgets, KPI tracking and financial performance
Maintain excellent patient satisfaction and team morale
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental practice management role
Proven leadership and people management skills
Strong background in Treatment Coordination (TCO)
Experience with business development and improving practice performance
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Confident using dental software and systems
