About the Role
A welcoming and supportive primary school in Poplar, Tower Hamlets, is looking to appoint a motivated Primary Class Teacher to join their team from 13th October. The role will be based in Key Stage 2 (KS2), working with pupils to inspire learning, raise attainment, and support their personal and academic growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Primary Class Teacher or an ECT seeking a supportive environment to develop their practice in KS2.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
Assess, track, and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and independence.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
Contribute to school life and uphold its values.
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
Experience teaching within KS2 is preferred.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
Passionate, proactive, and committed to raising standards in education.
