A leading home developer has a requirement for a customer care manager to join a busy customer care team in North London.
The company are a reputable developer for affordable new build properties in the North of London.
Reporting to the head of customer care you will be dealing with customer complaints and issues past the point of purchase.
Standard tasks and duties will include:
- Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved
- Reporting into the Head of Customer Service
- Carrying out inspections and reporting defects
- Dealing with subcontractors and Trades
- Keeping customers up to date with time scales of the complaints
- Liaising daily with the rest of the customer service teams
- Instructing maintenance technicians
- Conducting home demonstrations to customers
- Inspection prior to the customer moving in
- Instruct Subcontractors/Trades as required
Requirements for the role:
Candidates need direct defect experience within housing, ideally with management experience.
