Customer Care Advisor - German & English
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Salary: 25,584 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 5 days per week (Monday - Sunday), between 8:00am - 10:00pm

What You'll Be Doing

  • Responding to customer queries via email and phone in both English and German, ensuring a warm, professional, and timely service

  • Processing new customer orders and providing advice on products - including opportunities to upsell where appropriate

  • Supporting customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently

  • Maintaining accurate records and handling administrative tasks

  • Contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment

  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and internal processes



What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written)

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact centre environment

  • A confident communicator with a friendly, professional telephone manner

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to manage your own workload

  • A true team player with a "can-do" approach
