With a presence across the US, Asia, Europe, and the UK, this firm offers the opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic, international people function.?? About the Role:Sitting in a lean but high-performing HR team, this is a broad and hands-on HRBP role with an operational edge. You will be a trusted partner to the business across the full HR lifecycle, with particular focus on:
  • Employee Relations – managing complex and sensitive ER matters confidently and compliantly
  • Compensation & Benefits – supporting cyclical comp reviews and benefits initiatives
  • Global Mobility – partnering on international assignments and relocations
  • Performance Management – coordinating and advising during mid-year and year-end processes
  • Stakeholder Engagement – acting as a key contact for managers and leaders across regions
