Meraki Talent is partnering with a Global Data organisation, recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner who will be proactive, with proven experience in a HRBP role focussing on HR operations. HR Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and advice on HR best practices, positively influencing company culture across the business.
  • Support on guidance and act as point of escalation for HR matters.
  • Lead on aligning organisational structure with strategic goals focussing on succession planning
  • Work in conjunction with the L&D and Recruitment team to identify employees need.
  • Collaborate with Senior HRBP with HR project delivery.
  • Coach and advise line managers on all aspects of employee relations, providing expert advice, from disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, performance management and grievances.
  • Manager end to end case management on complex employee relation cases, conducting investigations and reports.
  • Develop procedures and policies based on changes of UK employment law and regulation changes.
  • Work in collaboration with Senior BP/HRD to roll out new employee engagement initiatives, assisting with consistent implementation. 
Person Specification:
  • Proven experience in a Senior HRBP level role, focussing on operational HR
  • Excellent employee relations knowledge
  • Strong data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively with senior management, influencing decision making for best practice
  • High levels of emotional intelligence, ability to connect and understand diverse audiences
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
